AAU Jorhat Merit List 2020 Updates

Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat shall release the merit list of the candidates soon. The applicants who have submitted the online application for admission shall have to visit the University Website to fetch the list. The University shall also intimate the candidates about the release of the merit list. The AAU Jorhat Merit List 2020 shall be available in e-form, thus the applicants can take a print of it for record. After the release of the AAU Merit List 2020, the candidates shall have to submit the scanned copies of payment slips and other testimonials, as applicable, in support of their application. Failing to do the same will result in cancellation of their candidature. The candidates must produce the testimonials in original at the time of reporting, when called for.

AAU Admission Counselling Updates

The candidates should attend the online counselling as per the dates notified in AAU‐portal. Also, they will get SMS alert in their registered mobile number to that effect, and shall make themselves available /connected accordingly. Appearing in the counseling does not guarantee right to admission in any programme. Selection Committee reserves the right to accept or reject a candidate under the rules in force.

Candidates, if selected, shall have to take admission immediately after the counseling on payment of necessary fees as given in the Information Bulletin. A candidate failing to take admission on the day shall forfeit the seat. Hence, the selected candidates should be in touch with the Admission section of the Official website of Assam Agricultural University, i.e. www.aau.ac.in, for all kinds of updates.

About AAU Jorhat

Assam Agricultural University Established on April 1, 1969 with its Headquarters at Jorhat, Assam Agricultural University (AAU) is the first institution of its kind in the whole North‐Eastern Region of India. The base of this institution comprised the erstwhile Assam Agricultural College at Jorhat and the Assam Veterinary College at Khanapara, Guwahati. Subsequently, seven more colleges were established at different point of time under the AAU.
