Steps of Selection in Assam Excise Constable Recruitment
The applicants who have submitted the application for the excise constable posts shall be shortlisted for the posts through a three stage selection process. These stages are –
- Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Written Test
The PST & PET will be qualifying in nature while the Written Examination will carry 450 marks during the selection. The final selection will be based on the score of the Written Test and award of marks based on Extra-curricular activities and special skills of the applicants.
Assam Police Excise Constable Written Test Pattern
The Written Examination details is discussed in this section. After the PST&PET, the shortlisted applicants will have to appear for an OMR based objective type Written Exam.
