SLPRB Assam has invited online application from eligible candidates for filling up the following posts under the Excise Department, Assam. Eligibility to apply for Assam Excise Junior Assistant & Other Posts
Applicants must fulfill the eligibility conditions to apply for Assam Excise Junior Assistant and other posts. The eligibility conditions are as follows –
| Nationality | Candidates must be Indian Citizen, ordinarily resident of Assam. |
| Age Limit | Candidate should not be more than 40 years and less than 18 years of age as on 1st January, 2020. Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as under: i) 5 (five) years in case of candidates belonging to SC, ST (P) & ST (H). ii) 3 (three) years in case of candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC. iii) 2 (two) years for Ex-Serviceman. iv) 10 (ten) years in case of PwD candidates irrespective of castes. |
| Educational Qualification | i) Assistant Chemist: BSc with Chemistry as one of the subject from recognized University. ii) Junior Assistant: The candidate must be a Graduate in any stream from a recognized College / Institutions affiliated to a recognized University and must possess Computer Skills from a recognized Institute for handling data and text on computer. iii) Driver: a) Minimum Educational Qualification is HSLC passed or equivalent from a recognized Board. b) Must have proficiency in Driving. c) Must possess a valid four wheeler driving License (LMV) issued by Competent Authority. |
