Exam Pattern of Jr. Administrative Assistant Exam

| Stage –I | Written Exam will be of two (2) hours consisting of 120 Marks. Topics of the Exam are-General English: 50 marks. General Knowledge(including computer knowledge): 30 marksGeneral Aptitude: 20 marks. Official Language of Assam (Assamese): 20 marks (which will be qualifying in nature, qualifying marks shall be 40% of 20 i.e. 8 marks). Marks obtained in Assamese language segment will not be considered in preparing the merit list. |
| Stage – 2 | Candidates in the ratio of 1:3 on the basis of performance in Written test ( Excluding Assamese language segment) will be called for Computer Typing Test of 20 marks and Interview/Viva-Voce Computer of 15 marks. |
