Selection Process of Assam Police Gr-III / IV Posts
SLPRB will call the candidates for Grade III posts, whose applications are found correct for Written Test which will be conducted either centrally at a suitable place in Guwahati or any other convenient places depending on the number of candidates. Written Test qualified candidates according to Cut Off Marks adopted, will further appear for the documents verification. While For Grade IV Posts, the selection procedure will be as per the existing Service Rule of the Department concerned.

Brief of Written Exam of Assam Police Grade III Posts
The written test will be of 100 marks and will be completely OMR based. There will be 50 questions and each question will be of 2 (two) marks. During the Exam, Candidates should use a black or dark blue ball pen to answer the OMR based answer sheet. The duration of the test will be of 2 (two) hours. The questions will be set in three parts as under –
