What are the Selection Criteria and Marks Allotment Process?

| Higher Qualification ( B.Pharma Course / M.Pharma) | 20 | For B.Pharma Qualified– 10 Marks For M.Pharma Qualified – 10 Marks Note: A candidate with both of the qualifications shall be awarded 20 marks. |
| Experience of working as a Pharmacist in Bihar Govt. Hospitals | 25 | For every completed year of experience, the applicants shall be allotted 5 marks. However, there will be a cap of 25 marks maximum beyond which the candidates will not be allotted any marks. For example: A candidates with an experience of 5 years shall be allotted ( 5 years x 5) = 25 marks. At the same time, a candidate with 6 years experience shall score a max of 25 marks |
