Uttar Dinajpur District Judge Exam Date

The Selection will be started through a Written Test. The question paper will be arranged through post wise. The Court will announce the Exam date and the exam will be conducted on the scheduled date. Written qualified candidates will be called for Personal Interview. Uttar Dinajpur District Judge Office will make the Final Selection List on the basis of the Personality Test.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern of DC Uttar Dinajpur Recruitment 2019

The Selection will be made by Two steps of Selection Procedure. Every step is equally important to grab the job. The Selection Round Are –

  • Written Test
  • Personal Interview

Below we will discuss the Exam Pattern of all posts:

For the Post of English Stenographer (Grade III) :

There will be a Three Phase Examination –

(i)Phase I – Screening Test

  • It will be of 100 marks.
  • The duration of the Exam One & Half Hours.
  • The Subjects of the Paper will be on General English.
  • Question type will be Objective type.

Phase II – Dictation and Transcription

It will be of 200 marks  – Dictation for 5 minutes followed by the transcription of shorthand notes in candidates’ own handwriting for One hour.

Phase III – There will be Typing Test on Type Machine from a manuscript @40 WPM, which will be 200 marks with 10 minutes duration.

Note :

  • Phase I, Phase II and Phase III exam will be conducted on the same day.
  • On the Basis of Phase II and Phase III Result, qualifying candidates will get a call for Personality Test for 50 marks and Computer Proficiency Test for 50 marks.
  • Uttar Dinajpur District Judge Court will prepare the Final panel on the basis of the marks secured by the candidates on Phase II, Phase III, Interview and CPT test.

For the Post of LDC

There will be Two phase Examination –

Phase I- Preliminary Examination

  • Duration of the Exam One and a Half hour.
  • Total Marks of the Exam will be 100 marks having 100 questions.
  • The question paper will be of Objective type MCQ Question.
  • Subjects of the Examination will be English, GS & Math.

Phase II – Main Examination

  • Duration of the Exam One and Half hour shall consist of Conventional type question.
  • Type of Question will be English ( Group A : 75 Marks: Letter Writing, Paragraph Writing & Translation) and Bengali (Group B: 75 Marks: Letter Writing, Report & Translation)

Note: On the Basis of the Result Main Examination, qualifying candidates will get the call for Personality Test for 50 marks and Computer Proficiency Test for 50 marks.

For the Post of Process Server

There will be a Written Exam containing 100 marks. The Written Passed candidate will go through a Personality Test of 10 marks.

For the Post of Peon, Night Guard, Farash’

There will be a Written Exam containing 100 marks. The Written Passed candidate will go through a Personality Test of 10 marks.
