Food Corporation of India (FCI) for the category 3 posts shall conduct the following phases of examination to shortlist the aspirants according to the posts announced. The Selection of the Assistant Grade / JE Posts shall be through the following stages as under –

The FCI Assistant Grade 3 online test will comprise of Phase-I and Phase-II exams. The Online Exam of Phase I shall be common irrespective of the post. The test structure for Phase I Online exam is as follows:-

- In the Phase-I of online test, the test will be Objective type (Multiple Choice Questions).
- Each question will carry equal 1 (one) mark.
- One- fourth (1/4) of the mark will be deducted for each wrong answer assigned to that question.
- The marks obtained in Phase-I will NOT be reckoned in final merit ranking.
- The candidates @fifteen times the number of vacancies shall be called for Phase-II examination.

FCI Assistant Grade 3 Phase II Exam Scheme Details
As discussed above, the FCI Assistant Grade / Category III Posts Phase 2 Examination will be different according to the posts. So, let us first go through the composition of the FCI Cat III Posts Phase 2 Examination.

After the Exam Date Announcement, Food Corporation is going to activate a direct link to download the Call Letter of the test. While the same process will be applicable in every stage of Selection. On the start date of Call Letter Download, Candidates will have to visit the www.fci.gov.in website for downloading call letters for Online Test. Also, the Candidate will have intimation for downloading call letter through email/ SMS. Thus, within due date, all of the applied candidates should have to download their admit card or call letter.
