Forest Research Institute (FRI), Dehradun is one of the oldest institutions of its kind, engaged with the evolution and development of scientific forestry. The Institute is under the administrative control of Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education. Recently FRI has announced to conduct a recruitment of Group C Posts lying vacant through Selection Process as declared by it. The online application will start from 1st April 2018 on its official website. Through the Recruitment notification, FRI will select candidates for a total of 8 types of posts details of which are given below in a chart. FRI Recruitment Selection Process

Candidates who are eligible for educational qualification, age, and other criteria shall be called for Written Examination/ Test. Medical Examination and Document Verification will be done according to the rules of Forest Research Institute.

FRI Recruitment Application Fees

Eligible candidates shall have to pay a non-refundable application fee and processing fee through online mode only. No other mode of payment of application fee is acceptable. The application fee for different categories of applicants are-

  • 300/- is to be deposited by General and OBC categories of applicants and
  • 100/- (processing fee only ) is to be deposited by SC/ST/PH(Differently abled persons) Candidates.
