Indian Oil Corporation has a set of recruitment rules to shortlist the candidates for the JEA jobs. The selection process includes different stages and after the completion of these stages, the recruiter publishes the merit list of the candidates. In general, the Selection Process of IOCL JEA Recruitment 2021 shall include the following stages –
- Written Test and
- Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT).
The Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT) shall be qualifying in nature only. The IOCL JEA Final merit list shall be prepared based on the marks secured in Written Test of only those candidates
who are considered FIT in SPPT.
Note: Candidate has to secure a minimum of 40% marks in Written Test to qualify for SPPT. For SC/ ST /EXSM/nPwBD candidates, minimum qualifying marks shall be 30% (after providing 10 % relaxation) against the reserved posts only.
