Post the online form fill up, JSSC has started the Selection Process with an OMR based examination. The Maximum Marks of the OMR based examination was 50. A large number of interested candidates have appeared for the Test. But this is not the end of Selection Process as according to JSSC ANM Recruitment 2019 Notice, the selection is based on the criteria as under-

Jharkhand ANM Selection Criteria shared above implies that JSSC according to the percentage of marks scored shall allot the marks to the candidates. Hence not only the OMR based examination at the same time technical, academic and experience shall also play an equal role in the selection process. Cut Off Marks in JSSC Nursing Selection
At the time of publishing the result, Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission will upload the cut off marks. The applicants will be able to find the Category Wise Cut Off Marks during the JSSC Nursing Selection. The same on release shall be updated here for the applicants. JSSC ANM Selection Equal Marks Case
Jharkhand SSC ANM Selection shall be on the basis of total marks of the Written Exam and the marks on the basis of other parameters. However, if there is a case when two or more candidates have equal marks in total after the calculation then criteria of JSSC ANM Selection shall be on the basis of Date of Birth (DOB). This means that the JSSC ANM aspirants who are elder shall be preferred in the selection list.
Further, if two or more candidates have the same date of birth, then the JSSC ANM Merit List 2019 will be on the basis of the first alphabet of the name in English. Hopefully, the applicants could be able to deduce the conclusion now. So ANM Equal Marks or Tie Cases will be resolved by –
- First according to Date of Birth & if not resolved then
- According to the English Alphabet of the First Name.
