Karnataka PWD JE /JE Selection Process
As per the official Notice of KPWD, Selection of the Posts will be through a Written Exam followed by an interview. And the Weightage of the Exam will be in the percentage as below –

Written Examination – 85%
-
Interview – 15%
Thus these two stages are there in the selection process, which every candidate needs to clear for final selection.
KPWD JE / AE Grade I Written Exam Pattern
Karnataka PWD Written examination contains an objective type of multi-choice paper. The Kannada language test scoring will not be considered for selection and it will be descriptive in nature. To detail, The Competitive Examination for the posts of Engineer Grade – 1 / Junior Engineer’s consists of the following two papers and the question papers are in Kannada and English language versions. Please note that the 3rd paper is limited only to those candidates who had not opted Kannada as a language in the SSLC / class X / equivalent Examination. The marks scored in this examination will not be considered for selection in the recruitment. But if they do not pass the exam, they will not be considered for the selection.
