LIC ADO Recruitment 2023 – Selection Stages
The LIC ADO Recruitment 2023 Selection will be made on the basis of online tests, followed by an interview of the candidates who qualify in the online test and subsequent pre-recruitment Medical examination. Thu, the LIC ADO Recruitment 2023 Selection Stages will have the following as under –

The Preliminary Exam is of screening type for the next stage, while the marks obtained in LIC ADO Mains Examination and the marks obtained in the interview, will be considered for the final merit listing of the candidate.
LIC ADO Recruitment Online Test Pattern
The LIC ADO Recruitment Online Examination shall be conducted in two phases for the candidates from Open Market Category, viz. Preliminary examination and Main examination. The marking scheme, duration of the test, question type are discussed below for the aspirants.
LIC ADO Preliminary Exam Pattern / Scheme
The Preliminary Examination consisting of objective test will be conducted online. The test will have three sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows –

LIC ADO Mains Exam Pattern
Based on the LIC ADO Prelims Performance, candidates equal to 20 times of number of vacancies in each category, subject to availability, will be shortlisted for Main examination. The LIC ADO Main Examination consisting of objective test will be conducted online. This will consist of objective tests for 160 marks for a composite duration of 120 minutes on the following subjects –
