EDP Supervisor is a Group B Post as per grade of the post. The post involves supervising the electronic data related work of NIOS. EDP Supervisor will be posted in the Regional Centres of NIOS across the country.
Junior Assistant Post Profile
Junior Assistant Post in NIOS is a clerical level post and this Post is a Group C Post as per grade. Daily maintenance of office records, attending calls and other clerical jobs in NIOS is the job profile of Jr. Assistant Post. The place of posting will be the Regional Centres of NIOS.

NIOS EDP Supervisor Essential Qualification
Candidates should have passed Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application/Hardware Engineering or it’s equivalent from a recognized institution. Candidates should have 3 Years of experience in programming and system Development in reputed big firms.
NIOS Junior Assistant Essential Qualification
Eligible applicants should pass Senior Secondary from a recognized Board. Applicants should have working experience on computers with a speed of not less than 6000 key depressions per hour & candidates should have a working knowledge of Hindi and English.
Application Process of NIOS Recruitment 2019
To apply for the posts mentioned above, desirous candidates are required to pay the application fee as per the notification. The application mode will be completely online. Required Application Fee is as under –

The rate of the application fee for different categories of candidates are
- 500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) for Unreserved/OBC category and
- 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) & Rs 150/- ( Junior Assistant Post ) for SC/ST
- NIL for the Physically Handicapped category with a minimum of 40% disability & above.
