Good News for those who are seeking admission in undergraduate courses, as from now onwards admission in the topmost Central Universities will be based on Common University Entrance Test (CUET (UG) – 2022 ). Actually, CUET 2022 has been introduced for admission into all Undergraduate (UG) Programmes in all Central Universities for academic session 2022-23. Thus, Universities like Delhi University, JNU, Aligarh Muslim University & others shall adopt the CUET Score as the criteria for admission to UG Programmes from this academic session.
With the introduction of CUET / Common University Entrance Test (CUET), the Percentage Base Admission Systems shall be discontinued and candidates who score high in NTA CUET stands better chance of admission to the UG Course desired for.
Eligibility Criteria for CUET (UG) Registration
The eligibility to register for NTA CUET Registration is available in this section. Interested candidates can refer to these before application.

Please note that applicants can register for CUET 2022 irrespective of their age. However, the candidates should be within the age criteria (if any) of the University (ies) in which they are desirous of taking admission.
Exam Structure for NTA CUET (UG) 2022
Here, a brief idea of the NTA CUET Exam Structure is available. Aspirants must know the complete exam pattern of this entrance before the registration. Actually, CUET (UG) – 2022 shall let the interested students specially those from rural and other remote areas get a common platform to establish better connect with the Universities.
Further, a single examination will enable the candidates to take part in admissions process to various Central Universities spread across the country. Now, as per the Information brochure , the CUET (UG) – 2022 will consist of the following four (4) Sections:
- Section IA– 13 Languages
- Section IB– 20 Languages
- Section II– 27 Domain specific Subjects
- Section III – General Test
Choosing options from each Section is not mandatory. However, the choices should match the admission requirements of the desired University. Therefore, the interested candidates should refer the eligibility criteria according to the University listed at the end.

How to Select the subjects in CUET (UG) 2022 Registration ?
Here are the important points that an aspirant need to know while going for NTA CUET (UG) 2022 Registration. As per the applicable rules for NTA Common University Entrance Test, an applicant can register for any one of the following combinations.

The interested applicants apart from selecting the subjects should keep the following scanned images and pdf ready of the following to apply for NTA CUET 2022 Registration.
- Photograph image between 10 kb to 200 kb .
- Signature image between 4 kb to 30 kb .
- Caste Certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS etc.) image between 50 kb to 300 kb in pdf.
- Class X/ Equivalent Certificate should be in pdf between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible).
- PwBD certificate (if applicable) image between 50 kb to 300 kb in pdf.
Steps to Apply for NTA CUET 2022 Registration
The NTA CUET Registration is basically a combination steps. Below the steps according to the NTA Notification is shared. Hopefully, the interested ones shall find it useful.

| Step 3: | Fee Payment: After completing Step 1 and Step 2, the candidates have to pay the requisite Examination fee. The fee can be submitted only online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Paytm Services. |
