The aspirants planning to crack the selection process of OSSSC Forest Guard Recruitment 2019-20 shall have to clear the following stages as under –

OSSSC Forest Guard PST (Physical Standard Test) Details
All of the eligible candidates in the initial stage have to appear for a Physical Standard Test. The PST will be conducted by District Level Board and the candidates who do not qualify in any of the physical standard tests shall not be allowed to appear for the further recruitment process. The candidates must possess the following minimum measurement as under –

OSSSC Forest Guard Physical Efficiency Test Details
The candidate qualifying in the following physical tests as under shall be allotted marks as per the conditions below. The qualified candidates in the PET shall be allowed to appear for the Written Examination. The PET details will be separate for the male and female candidates. The total marks of the Physical Efficiency Test are 30 marks and it consists of the following test as follows –
For Male Candidates
- Walking Test – 10 marks – Qualifying Distance 25 Kms
- Cycling Test – 5 marks – Qualifying Distance 1.6 Kms
- High Jump – 5 marks – Qualifying Height 1.22 metres
- Broad Jump – 5 marks – Qualifying length 3.66 metres
- Rope Climbing – 5 marks – Qualifying height 6 metres
- Swimming – Qualifying Only – Qualifying Length 40 metres
For Female Candidates
