| Nationality | The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam with PRC issued from competent Authority. OR The candidate must produce registration certificate of Employment Exchange in the state of Assam along with the application form. |

| Age Limit as on 01/01/2021 | The candidates should be within 18 years to 38 years of age.
