Education Qualification for MT (Chemical)

Interested candidates must have completed BE / B Tech. / B.Sc Engg. (Engineering Graduate) in Chemical discipline from a university recognized by (UGC) / Government recognized Institute with minimum 55 % of marks. Final year engineering student may also apply. Percentage of marks is relaxed by 5% for reserved categories of candidates.

Education Qualification for MT (Marketing)

Candidates to apply for this post should have completed First Class B.Sc. (Agriculture) plus UGC recognized two years‟full-time MMS/MBA (Marketing) or other equivalent UGC recognized two-year full-time regular Post Graduate Degree/Master Degree with specialization in Marketing. Reserved categories of candidates shall be eligible for a relaxation 5 % aggregate mark.

Management Trainee (Chemical) Selection Process

Selection of the Management Trainee (Chemical) Posts shall be based on GATE-2018 score in Chemical Discipline. Shortlisted Candidates will be called for personal interview. Final merit list shall be declared by RCF Ltd on the basis of weightage of 60:40 for GATE 2018 score (Chemical Discipline) & Interview marks respectively.

Management Trainee (Marketing) Selection Process

Candidates whose applications are shortlisted shall be called for Online Test. This test will be followed by a personal interview. Final merit list shall be prepared on the basis of weightage of 80:20 for online test and Interview respectively.
