RPF Constable Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
RPF Constable Selection Process Information will be much-needed details of the candidates. Railway Protection Force Constable Posts demands the applicants to be fully aware of the process in the recruitment. Constable Posts in RPF will be selected through the undermentioned stages –
- Computer Based Test
- PET / PST
Final Selection of RPF Constable Posts will be through the performance of both the CBT and PET.
RPF Constable Recruitment CBT Pattern 2024
The Computer Based Test of the RPF Constable shall be conducted in online mode. Each question will carry 1 mark while 1/3rd Marks will be deducted for a question attempted wrong by a candidate.

RPF Constable PET & PMT Details
On the basis of merit of the candidates in the CBT, the authority will call shortlisted candidates for PET and PMT. The number of candidates will be up to the extent of 10 times the category wise total vacancy in Group of Zonal Railways/RPSF. To get shortlisted in the final merit list, qualifying the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & PMT is mandatory while the same will be qualifying in nature with no allotment of marks.
Events in PET is as under
After Candidates have qualified in PET, they will have to appear for Physical Measurement Test (PMT) which is also qualifying in nature.

- A Candidate must qualify in all Tests as per above norm to be eligible for consideration
PMT Details are as under-
All the candidates qualifying in 1600 mtrs / 800 mtrs will be measured for eligibility with respect to height and chest. Chest measurement will be taken only for male candidates.
