UPSSC earlier had announced the Forest Guard / Wild Life Guard Recruitment 2019 for 655 Posts. It being a very popular recruitment in Uttar Pradesh, a large number of job aspirants have submitted the application form. And as per estimate, more than 7 lakhs applicants have appeared for the Preliminary Stage Written Exam. Following the Preliminary Written Test Result, UPSSC will conduct the PET / PST of the Prelims Qualified candidates. This will be the last stage of the Recruitment, after which the Recruitment Authority will publish the UPSSC Forest Guard Merit List 2020.

UP Vanrakshak Physical Standard Test (PST) Details

The qualified aspirants in the Preliminary Examination shall be called for the PST in which the candidates must possess the minimum physical standard as under –

UPSSSC Forest Guard Physical Efficiency Test

The candidates who qualify the PST shall have to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test conducted by the Commission. The nature of the UPSSSC Forest Guard / Wildlife Guard PST is as under –

For Male Candidates	Complete a Run of 25 KM in 4 Hours Carrying a Weight of 10 Kg.
For Female Candidates	Complete a Run of 14 KM in 4 Hours Carrying a Weight of 10 Kg.

The qualified candidates will thereafter be called for Medical Test and other necessary steps. The Final Selection List will thereafter be available on the UPSSSC Official Website after few days.
