Important Points on VKSU Merit List / Cut Off 2022
The important points on VKSU Online Admission Merit List Calculation Process is shared here. We hope the applicants should be fully aware of this to avoid any confusion and to be fully aware of the selection process.
- The Merit List for Honours Subject will be determined on the basis of marks in the corresponding subjects at the HS Level.
- The University will decide the selection of subsidiary subjects along with the Honours subjects based on the admission rules.
- In case of Faculty Transfer to Commerce Stream, the 50% of aggregate marks will be considered for merit whereas for faculty transfer to Arts Stream, the 45% of Aggregate marks will be considered.
- For Admission to Honours, the applicants should have a minimum of 45% marks in the subject at HS Level Exam.
- For Geography Honours, the applicant should have studied Geography at HS Level and have scored 45% marks or higher.
- Only Female Applicants can apply for Home Science (Honours) Courses.
- In Case of BCOM ( Accounts) Honours, the applicant should have studied Accountancy at HS Level and have scored 45% marks or higher.
- For Physics Honours Admission, the candidates must have studied Mathematics along with Physics at 10+2 Level.
- In Case of Mathematics Honours Admission, the candidates must have studied Mathematics along with Physics at 10+2 Level.
- For Chemistry Honours, the candidates will get Physics and Mathematics as subsidiary subject only if he/she has studied the same subjects at HS Level.
- For Botany and Zoology Honours, the candidates will get the following subject combination as – Botany (Hons) + Zoology (Subs) + Chemistry (Subs) + Composition or Zoology (Hons) + Botany (Subs) + Chemistry (Subs) + Composition or
