Walk-in Interview Jobs

Walk in interview jobs are those jobs which are an easier entry to Govt. sector than the traditional Recruitment examination process. Generally, a recruitment process consists of a written exam followed by a skill or interview test which a candidate has to go through before final selection. Applied candidates first have to qualify the written exam as per the cut-off marks decided by the department or organization, then they can appear for skill test or interview. The final selection is based on the written exam and the marks in the skill test or interview. But the walk-in jobs which are advertised are generally based on interviews. The selection of the candidates shall be on the performance of the candidates on the interviews.
