Now, one of the latest addition to WB GNM / ANM Notification 2021 is the online application which was offline until the last year. Of course, it is a welcome move by the WB Health Directorate since it will be more transparent and faster in process. But there is the catch, as candidates who just passed out HS are finding it very difficult to fill up the online form. So here on this page, we are breaking these details into simple steps which will hopefully help in filling the application form. 

WB GNM / ANM Application 2021 Stages Concerned 

Below are the application steps which applicants should compulsorily follow to successfully submit WB GNM / ANM Application Form at WB Health Official Portal.

Registration & Application Submission Steps

  1. At the first step, candidates need to create the Registration and Password. For this, applicants should visit the Online Application Page and click on the NEW USER. On clicking, a window will open and candidates need to enter the details correctly ( please note down the details in a safe place for future reference), at this point an OTP ( One Time Password ) will be delivered in your entered mobile number. Candidate should enter the OTP in the field to validate. Finally after this click on submit button. This process shall create a Registration Number against the applied candidates.  A successful message with Registration details will be available in your mobile no & email address as well.
  2. Next is Logging process, candidates at this step should click on Already Registered candidates option. A login window will open and candidates should enter the details and click on login details
  3. Now you will be in Nurse Counseling Page which is actually your admission form
  4. At this Stage Click New Application
  5. Now Select WB GNM / ANM according to your preference & click apply now
  6. Now Fill up the Complete Details on every page also upload photo & signature.
  7. After carefully verifying the details, click on Final Submit
  8. A Confirmation regarding the form submission will appear.
  9. Click on OK ( You Application is submitted )

Nursing Institute Selection Process

  1. Here the primary objective is the choosing of nursing institutes
  2. At first, candidate need to Login or should be in the log in stage,
  3. Now click on choice filling on the Menu Bar at Top
  4. Now select the Application by clicking “Go to Choice Filling”
  5. Now in this window, a list of Nursing Institutes will be on your left
  6. Select the Institute & Click Add ( Please note that Preference wise First Institute will be given higher priority for your selection than the second one. So carefully select the Institute Order )
  7. Also, you can change it later through the preference, but we suggest to make a plan then select the institutes.
  8. Follow the same step for every institute you desire to apply.
  9. Now Set Apply for Upgradation to Yes
  10. Final Step is Locking ( Please note that once the choice is locked no change can be done, therefore carefully check the institute’s order & names. )
  11. Now Click on” Lock Your Choices Buttton”
  12. Confirmation of locking done will appear on the screen.
  13. Click on OK
  14. Now Click on Download Application Button on the bottom left
  15. A PDF version of Institute choice will be there, take a print of it.

Application Download Part 

  1. In this part, candidates will download the application
  2. First Login in the Admission Portal
  3. Click on the Download Option in the Menu
  4. Now Click on Download Application 
  5. A window with Download icon will appear
  6. Click on that and your application will be downloaded in the computer
  7. Take a print for the record. ( Please note that there is no need to send the application to the nursing colleges )
