West Bengal GNM Nursing & Midwifery Course Details
By June 2020, West Bengal Govt. Health Department shall invite application from eligible candidates for admission to three years of GNM Training Course and six-month internship training in Nursing Training Schools under the Department. Eligibility to apply for WB Nursing GNM Course 2021
Students willing to get admitted in GNM Course in West Bengal should satisfy the following conditions as per the notification.
| Residential Eligibility | Applying students should be a citizen of India and he/she should be a permanent resident of West Bengal especially of the district from which she/he applies for at least 5 years as on the date of application. |
| Educational Qualification | Willing students should have passed 10+2 from WBCHSE or equivalent with 40% qualifying marks in English. Application from candidates who have completed the course on vocational studies shall also be accepted. Students should refer to the notification for more details. |
| Age Limit as on 31/12/2021 | The Applicants Age should be 17 to 27 Years. |

Selection Process in WB GNM Course Admission
Selection of the candidates for admission shall be made strictly on the basis of total marks obtained in compulsory subjects [Languages out of which English with a minimum of 40% Marks must be one and three elective subjects (best three) except Environmental Education] in HS (10+2) Examination.

Steps to Apply Online for WB Health GNM Application 2021
- At first, every applicant should visit the WB Health Official Website at wbhealth.gov.in and click on Online Admission for Nursing Diploma Course ANM (R) and GNM 2021.
- Applicants should enter the User ID and Password if Registered.
- Those candidates who did not registered need to click on New User.
