Information on WBP Constable Prelims Exam 2019
WB Police Constable Selection Process shall start with Prelims Exam or PWT ( Preliminary Written Test). This Stage of Selection is generally for shortlisting of candidates for the PET / PMT. Moreover marks in this stage will not be counted in the final selection. But since it is the preliminary stage of selection, candidates who score higher shall have a better chance of qualifying for the next level. Thus this exam should be attempted seriously by all of the candidates. For this reason, we are sharing the Exam Pattern of the PWT or Preliminary Written Test.
The PWT or Prelims Exam shall be an objective type question-based test. Candidates shall have four alternatives for the questions out of which they need to choose the correct one. The total number of questions in this test shall be 100 while marks allotment will be 1 for each question. Tabular view of the Prelims Exam is as under –
