Selection Process for WBP Staff Officer cum Instructor Recruitment
The WB Police Recruitment Board as of now has decided to conduct the Preliminary Examination. But after this the selection process shall have the PST/PMT and also the Main Examination. The Stage Wise WBP Staff Officer cum Instructor Selection Process is as under –

WB Police Staff Officer Preliminary Exam Pattern Details
The preliminary examination will be an OMR based MCQ type written examination depending on the number of applicants. In the OMR based examination, the question paper will be set in two languages (English and Bengali). The duration of the examination is 90 minutes. The preliminary examination will be a screening test for shortlisting candidates for the Physical Measurement Test and Physical Efficiency Test. The Exam Pattern is as under –

The WBP Staff Officer cum Instructor Final Competitive Examination will consist of three papers. Candidates need to give descriptive answers to questions during the examination. There will be three Paper in this stage of selection. The details of the papers are as follows –
