Selection Process for WBHRB Demonstrator / Tutor Posts
WBHRB notified that in the event of a large number of applicants, the Board may conduct a preliminary examination. However, if the applicants number are less, the Board will conduct Interview for the applicants. In addition to this, there is also a mrking scheme following which WBHRB will allot marks to the applicants according to the qualification and experience. The final selection will be on the basis of Interview performance and marks scored on education and experience.
