To share the complete selection process, WBPSC clearly stated on the official notification that the number of applicants will play a major role in the selection process. As per the notice, if the number of applicants is large, the aspirants shall have to appear for a Preliminary Screening Test (PST) followed by an Interview. However, if the number of aspirants is less, then the selection will be through an interview only.
