Honorable High Court Allahabad and Lucknow Bench throughout notification no. 05/ Lift Operator & Mechanic (Electrical and Mechanical)/ 2017 dated 20/12/2017 released a recruitment notification for the post of Lift Operator & Mechanic in the establishment of the court. The category of these posts are Class IV and are governed by Allahabad High Court Officers and Staffs ( Conditions of Service and Conduct ) rules 1976. The opening and the closing date details are given below –
- Starting Date: 21/12/2017.
- Closing Date: 08/01/2018 till 23:59 hours.
- Last Date of Depositing Fees: 09/01/2018.
The Number of Posts to be Filled through this recruitment is 38 divided as 28 vacancies for Lift Operator and 10 posts for Mechanic. The education qualification required as per official notice is that candidates should be High School Passed with ITI Certificate of 1 year from any recognized Government Institute.
Lift Operator and Mechanic Notifications Age Limit and Pay Scale Details
According to the notification, the minimum age to apply is 18 years whereas the maximum age limit to apply is 35 years. The age limit is to be calculated as on 01/07/2017. With regards to pay scale, these posts are Class IV posts carrying a pay scale of Rs. 5200 – 20200 /- with Grade pay of Rs. 1900/- . Application Fee and Application Process of Lift Operator and Mechanic Recruitment

As per the notification, the application fee for General and OBC Candidates is Rs. 500/- and Transaction charges as applicable while for SC / ST candidates of UP is Rs. 300/- and Transaction charges as applicable. The application money can be paid by Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking or through SBI I-collect module. Here, it must be remembered that the last date of submitting fees is 09/08/2018.

Selection Process and Syllabus AHC Lift Operator and Mechanic Recruitment

Selection Process of the Recruitment
The Selection Process shall consist of two OMR based examination Stage I and Stage II. The stage I qualified candidates shall be eligible to appear for Stage II Exam. Both the exams shall consist of 100 MCQ question to be attempted within stipulated time of 90 minutes. The final selection shall be based on the aggregate marks of both Stages I and II exams. There shall be no interview during the selection process.
Syllabus of Stage I and Stage II OMR based Examination
The Stage I and Stage II Written Exam shall consist question of the following subjects
- Hindi
- English
- General Studies
- Mathematics
The number of questions for both the exams is 100 (one hundred only) while the maximum marks are also 100 marks for each exam. There shall be no negative marks for the wrong answer and the questions will be both in Hindi and English. The date time and venue of the written exam will be printed on the e-admit cards of the examinations.
