How is SER Trade Apprentice Merit List Prepared?
Candidates possessing Matriculation with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (excluding additional subjects) and an ITI Pass certificate (in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done) granted by the NCVT were eligible to apply. Thus, or the purpose of the determination of merit for engagement against this notification, the marks obtained in the Matriculation only will be taken into account. So, the candidates possessing a higher percentage of marks in the 10th stand a higher chance of selection.
RRC SER Trade Apprentice Result Download
After the online form fills up, RRC South Eastern Railway will scrutinize the online application. As we already informed that 10th or Matriculation Marks will be the deciding factor, So the Merit List will be prepared on the basis of the data submitted. The Railway Authority will upload the shortlisted candidate’s list on the official website of the RRC SER. The List will be on the basis of Trade and on Workshop / Division basis. Although the same information will also be sent to the registered candidates in their email ID and mobile number.
To Shortlist the Candidates, the Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) /South Eastern Railway will call the candidates for document verification to the extent of 1.5 times of the notified vacancies in the respective communities. Thereafter the Final Selection List of the candidates will be prepared. As per Railway rules in force, the selected candidates will have to pass the prescribed medical examination and physical fitness as per the Railway Act.
Tie-Breaker Solution in SER Trade Apprentice Result 2020
There might be a situation when the RRC SER will find a Tie of Matriculation Marks. So this situation will be solved using the following rules as under –
- In the case of two candidates having the same marks, the candidate with older age shall be preferred. &
- In the case where the dates of birth are the same, the candidate who passed the Matriculation examination earlier shall be considered.
