Delhi Police has invited online applications from male and female candidates for Head Constable (Ministerial) Posts. The Post will be governed under the Delhi Police Act and Central Civil Service Rules. How shall the candidates be selected for HC Ministerial Posts?
Interested aspirants who have filled up the application form for Delhi Police Head Constable Ministerial Posts shall have to clear the Stages as prescribed by the Recruitment Authority. First of all the candidates need to qualify the Computer Based Examination shall be summoned for the Physical Measurement & Efficiency Test. This PE&MT is qualifying in nature. So candidates need to clear this stage for the next round. The Next Stage will be Typing Test & Computer Formatting Test. Typing Test will carry 25 Marks while the CFT will be qualifying in nature. Delhi Police Head Constable Recruitment Computer Based Examination Details
The Delhi Police HC Ministerial Computer Based Examination will be an Online Test. This will be an objective type questions examination with – .50 marks for each wrong answer. Total Marks of the Test will be 100 while the marks are further subdivided according to subjects. These all will be clear through the tabular view of the CBE below –

Delhi Police HC Ministerial Computer Typing Test Details
Candidates who qualify in the Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) after qualifying the CBE shall be called for Typing Test in Computer. The Test shall be in 10 minutes duration. The marks will be taken into account while preparing the final result. The candidates will be allotted marks according to the speed achieved in the typing test.

HC Constable Computer (Formatting) Test Pattern details
The candidates who qualify the Typing Test on Computer shall be called for Computer (Formatting) Test on MS Word, MS, PowerPoint and MS Excel. The Test will be qualifying in nature. 10 Minutes as Time will be allotted for each test. Further, the candidates will be supplied with a handout and to print the same in the printer. The Test Pattern is as under –
- 20 Features of Formatting in each test will be tested.
- ½ Mark is allotted for each feature of formatting.
- There will be no negative marks in the Test.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks in each of the Test is 6 Marks
