Madras University Merit List 2021 Release

For admission to Post Graduate Programmes, the Madras University will consider the descending order of the total score to prepare the Merit List 2021. Admissions to PG. Programmes for the academic year 2021-2022 are based on the marks obtained in the basic qualifying examination (100 percent).

The percentage of marks shall be calculated based on the marks obtained in both elective and core courses in the University of Madras examinations and only the marks of core courses for other Universities. In certain PG Programmes where multiple streams of students are eligible, the basic qualifying examination (50 percent) and entrance examination (50 percent) will be taken into account. The provisional Madras University Merit List 2021 will be published in the University website.
