Selection Process of AP Grama ANM/ MPHA(F) Posts
As per the notice, Each District is the unit of appointment. And District Selection Committee (DSC) is the selection authority and the District Collector is the appointing authority. The DSC will follow the principle of order of merit and the selection process shall be carried out with utmost secrecy and confidentiality. The selection of candidates for appointment to the posts shall be based on the merit in the OMR based written examination, to be held by the Authority. Further, the minimum qualifying marks for consideration of a candidate to the selection process are 40% for OCs, 35% for BCs, and 30% for SCs, STs, and PHs or as per rules.

| The weightage @ 10% (15 marks) will be given to contractual/outsourced employees based on their length of service as follows | a) 1.5 marks per each completed 1year for the contract service rendered in tribal areas.
b) 1 mark per each completed 1 year for the contract service rendered in rural areas. c) 0.75 mark per each competed 1 year for the contract service rendered in urban areas. d) The contract service shall be calculated for every twelve completed months. There is no weightage of marks for those even though they have completed the length of the service of 11 months and 29 days. e) Weightage marks shall be awarded to the contractual ANM/ MPHA (F) if they are continuing in-service only. |

Allotment of Examination Centres
The candidate will be allotted to any of the districts of his/her choice for appearing for the OMR based written examination. This will be according to the order of preference of 3 districts among which he/she will be allotted to one of the examination centers as per administrative convenience. Although, AP Grama Sachivalayam will try the best to accommodate the candidate in 1st or 2nd choice district.
