Residential Eligibility of Bihar Secondary TET 2019
Candidates who are willing to apply for BSEB Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test should be an Indian citizen with a permanent residence of Bihar state.
BSEB Secondary TET 2019 – Paper Wise Eligibility
Candidates who are appearing for the first time in BSEB STET, then they must know that BSEB conducts STET for two papers and that too for two levels.
- Paper-1 for Class 9 to 10 &
- Paper-2 for Class 11 to 12.
The same way the eligibility conditions in respect of educational qualification is different according to papers. So Paper Wise Eligibility Conditions, in brief, is as under –
| Paper I ( Class 9 & 10 ) | Candidates must possess a Graduation degree in prescribed subject and B.Ed with minimum 50% marks. However, candidates belong to SC/ ST/ Most Backward/ Divyang category with a graduation degree in prescribed subject & B.Ed with 45% marks are also eligible |
| Paper II ( Class 11 & 12 ) | Candidates must possess post-graduation degree in the prescribed subject and B.Ed with minimum 50% marks. However, candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ Most Backward/ Divyang category with a post-graduation degree in prescribed subject & B.Ed with 45% marks are also eligible. |

Bihar STET Age Limit Eligibility
The age limit of the candidates during Bihar STET Application shall be calculated as on 1st August 2019. Category wise upper age limit is as follows-
