Note:

  • The Question will be MCQ type.
  • Total Marks for the exam will be 100 and there will be 100 question.

  • There shall be a negative marking of 0.33 for each question.

Qualifying Marks: Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH/SEBC candidates will have to secure minimum 55% and For others candidates, the qualifying marks will be 60%.

Note:

  • The Candidates who qualify in the Elimination Test (Objective Type MCQs) will have to appear in the Main Written Examination.
  • Total No. of Marks is 60.
  • The time duration for this exam will be 90 minutes.
  • The language of the Question Paper shall be English. Answers to Questions may be given in English, if not instructed otherwise.

Qualifying Marks: Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH/SEBC candidates will have to secure a minimum 45% and For others candidates, the securing marks will be 50%.

Gujarat High Court Assistant Practical / Skill Test Pattern

For Typing Test in Gujarati, the Authority will facilitate Candidates with ‘Gujarati Indic Input Tools’ (MS Office Indic Version) fonts and they can use any of the following Keyboard/Layout :

  • Gujarati Inscript, Gujarati Typewriter & Gujarati Typewriter (G)
  • Godrej Indica
  • Remington Indica
  • Special Characters
  • Gujarati Terafont

Note:

  • The Candidates who qualify in the Main Written Examination (Descriptive Type) will have to appear in the Typing Test.
  • Total Marks in this Exam is 40.
  • The time duration for this exam will be 10 minutes

Qualifying Marks: Candidates have to secure a minimum of 40 % marks.

Gujarat High Court Assistant Recruitment 2018 – Exam Date

Gujarat High Court will start the  Assistant Elimination Test as the initial selection process. Assistant Elimination Test is scheduled on 30 September 2018. However, the Gujarat High Court is yet to announce the Main Examination Date. Although as per Official Notification, the main exam will be scheduled in November or December 2018. Only Elimination Examination passed candidates will get the chance to sit for the Main examination. The Final selection will be through Skill Test.
