Eligibility Details to Appear for ACEE 2022
The interested applicants who want to register for the Assam CEE 2022 must fulfil the following eligibility conditions as per the official released notification.
| Residential Eligibility | The applicant should be an Indian citizen and he/she should be a permanent resident of Assam. |
| Educational Qualification | HS Science Passed with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English with a minimum of 50 % (45 % in case of SC and 40% in case of ST) marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Students who are awaiting for the HS Result can register and sit for the entrance test. But the final admission to the B.Tech course will be according to the eligibility as discussed above. |
| Age Limit | 17 to 21 years as on 1st August 2022. However, the upper age limit is relaxed for the reserved categories and higher qualified candidates as – – 3 years for SC & ST candidates. – 5 years for BSc qualified candidates. |

Assam State Technical University administers the Entrance Test in Assam. Starting from Registration, Exam Conducting and then Counselling, all of these stages are under the administration of the University. To start the registration process of Assam CEE 2022, the ASTU shall release the Official Notification, thereafter the eligible candidates can register online at ASTU Website. But before the registration, the interested candidates need to keep the following particulars ready –

- A Mobile Number for OTP
- A valid debit/credit card or Net banking account.
- Scanned clear signature in JPG/JPEG format (size between 15 kb–30kb).
- Scanned recent passport size colour photograph

Assam CEE 2022 Examination Pattern
CEE-2022 will be based on the syllabus of Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC). The examination will be of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) type and comprise of a single paper of 3 (three) hours duration with following distribution –
