Criteria to apply for DIPR Assam recruitment

Required Age Limit

Post-Wise Required Educational Qualification

For Advertisement Circulation Manager
Candidate should be a Graduate in Arts / Commerce / Science from a Recognised University. In addition to this, Candidate should have a good command over English & Assamese Language.

For Translator, Journalist, Sub Editor cum Proofreader, Proofreader, Librarian and Missing Journalist
Desirous candidates should be a Graduate in Arts, Commerce or Science with 6-month Diploma in Computer Application and typing skill in Assamese. For librarian post, candidates should have a Bachelor degree in Library Science or he or she should be Graduate in any discipline with PG Diploma in Library Science. While For the post of Missing Journalist, Candidate should be a Graduate in Arts, Science or Commerce whereas preference will be given to those who have passed the Missing Language certificate examination.

For Lower Divisional Assistant HOD
Contender should be Graduate in Arts, Science and Commerce from a recognized University and he / she should have completed 6-month diploma in Computer Application with typing skill in Assamese.

Same qualification as post-LDA HoD.

For LDA, Typist District Level
Same Qualification as Dispatcher.

For Junior Photographer posts
Candidate should have passed HSLC with a proficiency in photography knowledge.

Candidate should have passed HSLC with a recognized technical Education Certificate or preferably with an experience of at least five years in handling maintenance & repair of electronic equipment like TV, radio set, projector, amplifier etc.
