Haryana SSC shall arrange the names of successful candidates in the order of merit on the basis of aggregate marks achieved by the candidates in (Written Test + Additional Qualification + Miscellaneous) equal to the total number of vacancies advertised for each category separately. Now, in case two or more candidates have the same aggregate score, the order of merit shall be determined by the following order –
- Firstly, the candidate with high score in Written Test shall be higher in merit.
- Secondly, the order of merit shall be guided by the age of the candidates, i.e. the oldest being placed higher than the younger ones.
- Finally if the tie is not resolved, then the order of merit shall be in favour of the candidate having higher educational qualification.
