JEXPO Merit List 2022 Release Updates
As per the application notice from WBSCTE, the JEXPO merit list will be available by August 2022. The candidate’s details on West Bengal JEXPO 2022 Merit List will be available at the Council Website. The Council in this regard will not send any communication to the merit listed candidates. Also, the merit listed candidates will not receive any Rank Card or so. Candidates shall have to check the Official Website on their own to know the rank status on the scheduled date.

JEXPO 2022 Counseling Process
Qualified Candidates in JEXPO 2022 will be called for the counselling according to the merit/rank. The JEXPO 2022 Counselling Process is actually an online seat allotment process in Polytechnic College by way of counselling. During the online participation in the JEXPO 2022 counselling, the candidates will have to lock their choices of institutes in the order of preference. Post the Counseling process, WBSCTE will allot the seats on the basis of merit list, number of seats and the candidate’s preference. Candidates who accept the allotted seats will have to report the allotted institute with the final seat allotment letter.
While the candidates who don’t want to accept the allotted institute shall have to opt for auto upgradation for the next rounds of counseling. Please note that WBSCTE will conduct four rounds of counseling for JEXPO seat allotment.
Please Note: WBSCTE will also hold a special offline round of JEXPO Counselling 2022 to fill unfilled vacant seats after the online counselling of JEXPO 2022. Already Institute allotted candidates during the online counselling process shall not be eligible to appear for this round of counseling. - Some seats in Polytechnics are reserved for female candidates.
- Reservation Rules for seat allotment is SC -22%, ST – 6% & PH – 3%.
- No Rank Card will be issued to the qualified candidates.
