Following are stages after the Merit List Announcement, which every applicants should follow –

| Stage III | Candidates to choose the preferred College Seat through Choice Filling |
| Stage IV | Seat Allotment Result will be available |
| Stage V | Document Verification in the Allotted Colleges of the Candidates. |
| Stage VI | Subsequent Counseling will start & candidates can take part if he/she has not participated in the previous counseling. |
| Stage VII | Seat Allotment Result will be available |
| Stage VIII | Document Verification of the Candidates in the Allotted Colleges |
| Stage IX | After completion of Admission Formalities, Class will commence on the scheduled date |

So on the scheduled date, candidates should be ready with their original as well as the photocopy of each at the time of reporting and admission at the allotted college.
