BSPHCL Exam Pattern of Assistant Operator / Switch Board Operator / Lineman & Technician Recruitment
BSPHCL will conduct a common Computer Based Test ( Online Mode) for all of the Posts. The CBT will be conducted in different batches. Based on the performance of CBT, merit list of the candidates will be prepared. At first, BSPHCL will prepare a combined merit list for all the four posts and shortlisted candidates will be called for documents/ certificate verification as per advertised post and norms decided for the different category. Final allotment of the different post to the selected candidates will be in the order of merit cum preference basis.
However, there are a minimum qualifying Marks in CBT, which aspirants need to score for answer sheet evaluation. Categorywise CBT Minimum Qualifying Marks are –
- 40% for UR,
- 36.5% for BC,
- 34% for EBC &
- 32% for SC/ST/ Female candidates.
